Refund policy

Type of Products and Services: Frip Vintage offers second-hand, vintage, and overstock clothing.

Return Period: Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the garment must meet the following conditions:

  • The customer must initiate the return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The garment must be in the same condition as when originally shipped.
  • For overstock products, the garment must have its original tags intact.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, the customer should follow these steps:

  1. Contact fripvintage1969@gmail.com to inform about the return.
  2. Provide the order number, item details for the return, and the reason for the return.

Refund Options: We offer the following refund options for approved returns:

  • Full refund of the purchase value.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Exchange for another available product in the store.

Costs and Responsibilities: The return shipping costs will be covered by Frip Vintage.

Exceptions: The following situations and products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products.
  • Products on sale or promotional items, including discounted products, 2-for-1 offers, and others.

Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Products: At Frip Vintage, we take precautions to describe any defects that second-hand and vintage items may have. In case a product arrives damaged or defective, it will be handled in the same manner as any other return.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1 to 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Language and Format: This return policy will be available in the Spanish language and will be presented on the Frip Vintage website.
